If you would like to cancel your order following purchase, please contact us immediately at:

We will make every effort to help however, if your order has already been processed for dispatch, we will be unable to cancel and you will need to return your items back to us, at your own cost.


Any returns must be made within 14 days of your item being received. To start the return process, please email us at:

We aim to respond within 2 working days to send you any relevant information to complete your return.

Items must be returned in the original condition in order to be eligible for a refund. Items returned after 14 days or not in the original condition will not be accepted and will be returned to you. We like all returned items to be in the same condition as they were when received including tags, free from dirt and free from dog hair as well as undamaged.

Please be aware that we do not accept returns on made to order items. (e.g. Human Apparel, Phone Cases) We also do not accept any returns on Sale items. All Sale items are final sale and are non returnable.

Please ensure your return slip includes your:

- Name

- Order Number 

- Reason for return

- Email address used to place your order

We cannot accept liability for goods that are lost or damaged in transit therefore we would recommend that you obtain a free 'Proof of Posting' receipt from the Post Office or choose to send the goods by Recorded Delivery for your own peace of mind. All returns are made at your own cost.
